Annual Spring Exhibition

THURSDAY, APRIL 16th, 2026

The CCArts Annual Spring Exhibition is a non-juried art show that is open to artists of all ages and all abilities throughout the CCArts community. We see this show as a fantastic opportunity for community members to display all the incredible artwork they have created in the past year, and celebrate their peers' creative expression.

Whether you plan on submitting a piece to the show or not, we highly encourage you to join us in celebrating all the talent and creativity within the CCArts community during the exhibition’s Opening Reception.

APPLICATION & SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Artists MUST pre-register their submissions utilizing the “Artwork Submission” Google Form linked here or by clicking the button above.

Artists MUST write their name and the title of their work on the back of their pieces in some capacity.
Artwork hang-tags will be printed by the CCArts Staff utilizing the information you submit via this form.
You will have the opportunity to approve and correct any information on your printed hang-tags during the artwork drop-off period.
If for some reason you are unable to fill out this Google Form, we will have physical copies of the form available in the CCArts Main Office.

Artists may submit 1-3 entries in the following categories: Painting, Drawing, Printmaking, Photography, Digital Art, Mixed Media, Sculpture, Ceramics, and Fine Crafts.
All work must be original and created by the artist, no giclée’ prints. Work that has been previously exhibited at CCArts is not eligible.
All work must be exhibition ready.

This means all work must be ready to hang, frames must be in good condition with clean mats, and work must be completely dry.
Any 3D works and sculptures must be stable and secure for display.
Please contact Taylor Bogan (tbogan@ccarts.org) if you need assistance with temporary (and complimentary) basic framing for the show (limited availability).

All work must not be any larger than “36 x 36”, including framing.
Exhibited work may be limited based on space availability. Positioning of artwork within the exhibition space is at the discretion of the CCArts Program Manager.
All artworks must remain on view throughout the exhibition period.
All work must be promptly picked-up during the pre-determined “Artwork Pick-Up Week”. (More details available on this below).
CCArts retains a 20% commission on artwork sales.

EXHIBITION DATES:

April 16th – May 9th, 2026
Opening Reception - Thursday, April 16th, 2026 at 6PM

CCArts Members Meeting will be held from 7-8 PM after the exhibition reception.

ENTRY FEES (PAID UPON ARTWORK DROP OFF):

Member Adults (18+): Free for the first submission, $5.00 fee each additional submission (limited to 3 submissions).
Non-Member Adults (18+): $5.00 fee for each submission (limited to 3 submissions).
Kids (17 & younger): Free for the first submission, $5.00 fee each additional submission (limited to 3 submissions).
