MARKETS AT CCARTS - CALL FOR VENDORS

Vendor Applications for the May, June, and October “Markets at CCArts” are officially open! Each market will feature a variety of fine handmade products from local vendors, and will be accompanied by a bake sale tent and a local food truck. This outdoor event has become a fantastic way to bring our community together to support local artists and connect with one another!

2025 MARKET DATES

  • Sunday, May 4th, 2025 - (Application Deadline - April 25th, 2025)

  • Sunday, June 1st, 2025 - (Application Deadline - May 23rd, 2025)

  • Sunday, October 5th, 2025 - (Application Deadline - September 26th, 2025)

Jury Process/Results

  • This is a juried event. Jury results are sent shortly after applications are received and reviewed.

  • Acceptance will be determined on a month-to-month basis and future dates are not guaranteed without written verification from CCArts staff.    

Handmade original designs with a high level of craftsmanship are required. 

  • All entries are judged by a jury committee for quality and suitability of the event. The committee makes the final decision on which vendors will be selected for the show.

  • Vendors selling buy-sell, mass or commercially produced or kit items will not be accepted into the show.

ANNUAL ARTISANS SHOW - CALL FOR VENDORS

NOVEMBER 15TH 10AM - 5PM & NOVEMBER 16TH 11AM - 4PM

Join over 40 regional Artisans from all across the Delaware Valley as our building is transformed into a marketplace of handmade fine crafts & fine art. This year will be CCArts 44th Annual Artisan Show!

Each year, our artisans offer a variety of fine goods, such as jewelry, ceramics, fibers, mixed media, coffee, leather goods, clothing, crochet, knitwear, wearables, fused glass, chocolates, home decor, print illustrations, & much more.

Weekend Admission is $5 (CCArts Members and children ages 10 & under are free)
