Saturday Teen & Adult Theatre presents the comedy/drama "Almost-Maine". Admission is $5 at the door. Children age 10 and under attend for free.  

Almost, Maine, several vignettes within a play, by John Cariani. This play offers wry humor comedy, pathos, and drama. It deals with themes of love and loss in a small Maine town named Almost. It premiered in 2004 to critical acclaim. The play is a story of love and the way it hurts and heals the people in a small town so far north in Maine it is not to be confused with the typical idea of Maine. Complete with accent, fishermen, and lobster, it features a multitude of quirky characters whose relationships come together in a curious format. Each scene is a separate vignette combined with the common thread of being in Almost, Maine. The prologue and epilogue introduce and conclude the concept of love and loss that will leave the audience to ponder the meaning of life.
